Refund policy

At Veiled In Color your items are completely handmade and as such we cannot offer refunds and can only allow returns on defective items or incorrect items and will exchange it for another item of similar cost and style.
The item must be in new condition (i.e., unworn, unwashed, unaltered, not damaged, clean.
Custom orders are not returnable.

Process to Return Merchandise

Please message us at veiledincolor@gmail to initiate a return.
We ask that you provide a brief explanation of the defect/problem when you contact us.

Returns must be initiated within 5 calendar days of receiving your product. (This includes weekends)

Products that you are returning must be received at Veiled In Color place of business within 14 business days after you have received your item(s).

Please be sure to ship returns in their original packaging and packed in similar shipping materials.

Clearly write your ‘Name’ & ‘Address’ on the invoice that was given to you.

We regret that return shipping costs are paid by the customer 

If you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process an exchange.
